Over 25 years of expertise in Commercial Property/Land development/Residential Investment Property markets. I work daily in the Retail, Business Sales, Hotels & Guest House, Land, Residential Investment, Leisure, Office & Industrial sectors of the market.

Excellent knowledge of Lancashire and working out of Preston and the Fylde Coast. I act for a wide variety of Private and Corporate clients and enjoy nothing more than seeing an property transaction through from initial listing to a successful completion.

I am also delighted and honoured to have won the Estate Gazette’s Most Active Dealmaker (for Lancashire and Cumbria). Along with my colleague Clare, I have also led our agency team to winning the EG Most Active Agent award on numerous occasions. We are very proud to have won this award.

I qualified in 2004 as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. I also hold a College of Estate Management Diploma in Surveying.

I have been active in all sections of the Commercial and Industrial markets in Lancashire, Greater Manchester, North Wales and the South Lakes areas, being appointed to the panel of all the major Clearing Banks.

I specialise in commercial valuation, Landlord and Tenant matters, acquisition and disposals and development advice.

I am regularly appointed as Single Joint Expert for both residential and commercial properties.

I was proud to have become a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in October 2010, making me one of the youngest females to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.

I am an RICS Registered Valuer and have a Masters Degree in Commercial Property Management. I also have a Law Degree which assists in my line of work and am a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents in the Commercial Sector.

I have over 22 Years of experience in the Property Market and am active in all sectors of the Commercial Property Market but am particularly active in the sales and lettings of office,
industrial and retail units in Lancashire.

I have previously won the Estates Gazette Deal Maker of The Year award and have successfully led our Agency Team to win the Estates Gazette – Most Active Agent Award f for previous years and also various CoStar awards.

My career began in legal and accountancy sectors and I am a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Accounts Managers and hold AAT qualifications.

I have just over 30 years’ experience of working in a professional office environment, 20 years at senior management level.

I have worked for Duxburys Commercial since 2005 and assist in the successful operation of the business and in maintaining and developing good customer relationships.

Over the years I have gained a sound knowledge of the local markets and am able to assist both the Banks and private clients in obtaining fee quotes and am usually the “go-to” person when the surveyors are out of the office.
